A typical google search for “hpp processing near me” will most likely show you the largest High Pressure Processing (HPP) service provider in North America, Universal Pure. Production minimums must be established and somewhat predictable before approaching this company.

We were quoted a minimum of 3,000 pounds a week of production to move forward with. That number feels on par with brand working with larger retailers and chains.
